A former NBA formative association player blamed with his ex for killing a lady whose body was found last month in southern Nevada is because of face a Las Vegas judge on Tuesday following his exchange in guardianship from a prison in Sacramento, Calif.

Chance Comanche, 27, who played for the Stockton Rulers before his Dec. 15 capture in Sacramento, showed up Sunday at the Clark Region Detainment Center and is expected for an underlying appearance, prison and court records showed.

Comanche’s protection lawyer, Gary Guymon, declined remark Monday in front of the court appearance.

Comanche’s previous sweetheart, Sakari Harnden, 19, likewise is imprisoned in Las Vegas forthcoming a different starter hearing Wednesday on charges connected with the vanishing and demise of Marayna Rodgers, 23, of Lynnwood, Wash.

Police in Las Vegas said Rodgers, a clinical colleague, was stifled to death early Dec. 6. Later, her remains were discovered in a ditch by the road in Henderson, a suburb.
